Ella Odyssey is Sri Lanka’s first luxury train. Meanwhile, it consists of first and second-class cabins and a restaurant cabin. Branded as ‘Ella Odyssey’ operated by Sri Lanka Railways. The train has 176 Air Contract First Class seats and over 144 Second Class seats.
This luxury tourist-focused Alla Odyssey train stops at 12 stations including nine tourist attractions like St. Clair Falls, Great Western, Railway Station, Algin Falls, Pattipola, Idalgashinna, and Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. Kandy and Ella railway stations are the most scenic spots. The train will stop for a few minutes at these points for tourists to enjoy the view and capture photos and videos.
